Returns Policy

At 43 Farms Animal Health, we will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team at any time if you are unhappy with your order. You can reach them by filling out our contact form, or by calling 805-434-7870.

All returns must be sent to the address above within 30 days of the date you received the item. We ask that you add a note in your package stating your name, order number and that you’d like to return the item. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. The refund will go to the card you placed the order under.

We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. If your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. 43 Farms Animal Health is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to 43 Farms Animal Health.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. A valid physical address is required. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Please allow for extra shipping time on Holiday orders. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please Contact us if you have any questions regarding RUSH or International Shipping options.

We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies.
